TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Waxbrothers require payment before we dispatch goods.
- Placing an order means you accept our tems and conditions.
- Extra shipping charges will be emailed to you for your approval.
- Waxbrothers can email you a scan and progress report on your order if required.
- Waxbrothers dispatch orders every working day for delivery.
- Waxbrothers can not be held responsible for delayed orders due to late delivery beyond our control. ie Driver can get no response from customer or festive season high demands.
- Waxbrothers will work to solve every problem by keeping you fully informed.
- Returned items may have a re stock fee. Any item that has been damaged must be reported to us in Writing (Email) with pictures of damage in a reasonable amount of time. We are a fair company and feel 5 working days is time to organise pictures of the damage. The product, A candle with a wick is only considered broken when a major part is missing. (ie no wick, broken in half). We will refund if we can not replace all candles that have been damaged as long as we have being notified in writing, with pictures showing damage.
- Whoelsale candles can not be refunded if you can not sell them.
- Items can be insured against breakage. Pouring pots that get dented in travel, can be bent back into shape.
- Candles are a naked flame and due care should be taken. Soot will be the result of any naked flame from your fire place or from a candle. Trim wicks to reduce flame size.
- There are no harmfull chemicals in our candles.
- Soya, Rapeseed and paraffin wax are non hazard materials.
- Candle wick is pure cotton untreaded.
- Fragrance oils and from essential oils.
- By definition a candle is designed to light. If this does not happen. It is a faulty product.
