Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An
Item that is damaged.
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be
returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item
within 7 working days of your purchase.
1. Please email
info@waxbrothers.ie to request a refund first. Let us know the problem in writing with pictures of all damage.
2. We will reply to you and go to the next step only when we have all pictures of damage.
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the
reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return
Exceptions Health & Safety
Dented pouring pots due to travel can not be exchanged. Bend them back into shape.
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. essential oils, fragrance. bags and boxes of wax. Wick packs and Wick rolls.
Items sold as secondhand that have been reduced in price. There are no refunds for these items. items that are designed to be broken ie. melts may arive broken due to the fragile nature of the product. Melts still function.
Merchandise that has been
used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 15%
restocking fee, or flat fee of €10 for orders under €50. this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund
the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges
If your item is in like new
condition, you may exchange your item for a different size or color.
You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will
have to pay return shipping.
Change your mind : Thats no problem. We will refund your card the next working day after we recieve the goods in good order. Delays may take a few days for money to move from bank to bank and in some cases bank charges may be deducted. If your order shipped. You will need to return it in order to get a refund.

Turnaround
All orders are
shipped same day or within 24 hours Monday - Friday normally before noon.
4pm. Allow 3 working days for supplies orders but 99% are next day. Items that have to be made may take longer.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping
of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before
the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and
you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. Normally the average fee for delivery is €6.55
